Learn to manage many different spine pathologies in this weekend overview course. OsteoPilates covers the anatomy, contraindications and best exercise choice and design for the following pathologies:

  2. Osteoporosis
  3. Stenosis
  4. Spondylosis/Spondylolysthesis
  5. Spondylosis
  6. Facet Joint Syndrome
  7. Scoliosis/kyphosis
