This Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) and American Council on Exercise (ACE) Continuing Education Course is designed to provide skills to work more effectively and safely with common spine pathologies in the Pilates fitness setting. Pathologies include disc disorders, stenosis, spondylosis, spondylolysis, spondylolisthesis, osteoporosis, facet joint syndrome and scoliosis.  Please note that scoliosis is covered most thoroughly in the 11-hour course and touched on briefly in the 5-hour course. All other pathologies are discussed in depth in the 5-hour course.  Both courses offer 11 and 5 PMA Continuing Education Credits respectively.
