Healthy Spines 101
Healthy Spines 101 is your foundation.  It is an essential pre-beginning program that may feel too easy for many of you but it is extremely important to groove correct movement patterns right from the start. So hang in there and get your proper groundwork completed first. Without this introduction, future exercises will permanently be performed incorrectly. Approximately 20 minutes.

Healthy Spines 201

In Healthy Spines 201, you will begin to use and now, expand, on the tools you learned in Healthy Spines 101 to create more spine stability. The focus continues to be on the small muscles of the spine that provide motor control and will allow freedom of movement as they strengthen. Approximately 20 minutes.

Healthy Spines 301
In Healthy Spines 301 commitment is the key and you have it. Here you are already at the third level of your Healthy Spines series. This program will push you along a bit more aggressively to prepare you for returning to doing the things you love to do. Stick with it and your spine will get stronger and your life will be more full. Approximately 20 minutes.

 Karena Lineback;  the creator of the Healthy Spines DVD series:

Karena Lineback, the author of OsteoPilates and the president of Pilates Teck, has been helping people reduce their back pain for 9 years in the Santa Clarita Valley.  She has been the director of the Pilates program at SCV Therapy Services, a physical therapy clinic, since 2004. She has written articles for national publications including Bottom Line Health (a medical news journal), and newspapers such as The Daily News as well as local magazines such as The Magazine of Santa Clarita as well as Inside SCV.  Karena's knowledge is also sought for radio shows nationally including Ed McMahon's Lifestyle Show and locally for KHTS.  In 2007, Karena was the spokesperson for Propel Fitness Water.
