Group Equipment Classes:  Schedule

In a group class you will be partnered with two other people to participate in a fun-filled challenge of Pilates exercises on the Pilates Equipment. In Pilates reformer classes and Pilates Bailout Plan classes the classes are slightly larger (four people total). Pilates Bailout Plan classes feature Pilates exercises on the Pilates Chair, the Pilates reformer, the Pilates Cadillac and many more Pilates equipment accessories.
